To many people, Methos is by far the most fasinating character of this show, and I would agree. The idea of living for 5000 years is utterly amazing. Hiding behind the mask of Watcher Adam Pierson, Methos Researcher, Clark Kent had nothing on this guy. Take him away from the Watchers and he'll still only look like a student. He's been a warrior, a scholar, a doctor, not to mention 'Death' made flesh. The man has more depths than the deepest ocean and makes for a great character.
However, give him a beer at 'Joe's and he's 'just a guy' enjoying some blues music.
